Q: Where is the event held?
A: The event is held in Schaumburg, Illinois, which is just outside Chicago. The venue itself is the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center, located at 1551 Thoreau Dr., North Schaumburg, Illinois. It is 20 minutes from the O’Hare Airport.
Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: Full-price registration is $995. Currently available discounts include:
- “Super” Early Bird Discount:Register before September 10, 2018 and pay only $595.
- Team Discount: Because of these multiple, concurrent programs, many companies send their FSQA team to the Consortium. When you register two people for the conference (even using the Super Early Bird Discount), you can receive a 50% discount off ALL additional registrants! Please note that all registrations must be purchased in the same transaction.
Q: How do I register and pay?

Credit Card: Select the Credit Card option. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Lastly, Innovative Publishing is the merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement.
Company Check: Request an invoice by emailing Joanne Johnson, firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment must be received prior to the event. If your organization requires it, Innovative Publishing Co. LLC is a women-owned U.S. corporation. Innovative Publishing Co. LLC’s tax ID is 27-0302543. Email us if you need a W-9.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Business casual.
Q: Who do I contact about exhibiting or sponsorship opportunities?

Q: Can I ask the speakers questions?
A: Yes! If you attend on-site, you will be able to directly ask the speakers questions.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Should you not be able to attend the conference, you may have someone else from your organization take your place or use your registration fee as credit towards a future Food Safety Tech event. If these options are not possible, you can receive a refund of the registration fee less a 20% processing fee up until 30 business days prior to the conference. There are no refunds for cancellations within the 30 day period prior to the conference or for “no-shows” to the conference. All cancellations must be made through this website. Topics and speakers are subject to change without notice. Food Safety Tech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, and the full registration fee will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled program in accordance with the registrant’s preference. In the event of cancelled programs, Food Safety Tech Intelligence assumes no responsibility for transportation, hotel, or other expenses incurred by registrants.
